Refund policy

Peoples Fortune offers a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible orders. All other destinations are final sale, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

European Union

EU orders may be returned within 14 days. Start your return through our return portal. A €2 handling fee applies to each return or exchange and is deducted from your refund, except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Norway & United Kingdom

Returns from Norway and the United Kingdom are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as required by law. Because our warehouse is in France, every return from outside the EU must be shipped internationally. Carriers charge export, import, and customs handling fees on these parcels — costs set by the courier and outside our control. Unfortunately, this applies to all returns from Norway and the UK. We offer exchanges for a different size or style where available, subject to stock. EU customers may request an exchange through the return portal. Norway and UK customers should contact us at contact@peoples-fortune.com. If the exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead (minus applicable fees). Import duties and taxes paid to carriers or customs are not refundable. For Norway and the UK, original import-related charges may also be deducted from refunds where permitted.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email contact@peoples-fortune.com within 48 hours with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 10 business days. Original outbound shipping, return shipping, and third-party import fees are not refundable (unless we sent the wrong or defective item). We may refuse returns that are worn, altered, unauthorized, or late, and may reduce refunds if an item's value has been diminished beyond normal inspection, where permitted by law.
