Refund policy
Returns
Peoples Fortune offers a 14-day return policy. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within the European Union, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Orders delivered to all other countries are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be requested and approved through our return portal before being shipped. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
European Union, Norway & United Kingdom
Peoples Fortune does not provide return shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipment using a tracked shipping service.
The tracking number must be uploaded through our return portal after the parcel has been shipped.
The return parcel must be handed over to the carrier within 7 calendar days after the return request has been approved. Returns that are not shipped within this period may be cancelled.
Returns should be shipped from the same country to which the order was originally delivered.
Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, shipping charges, or other costs incurred when receiving the return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Other International Orders
Orders delivered outside the European Union, Norway, and the United Kingdom are final sale and are not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Peoples Fortune does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item for a refund, if eligible, and place a new order through our website.
This ensures the fastest processing time and allows you to secure your preferred size or style while it is still available.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, and taxes paid directly to customs authorities or carriers are not refundable by Peoples Fortune.
For orders delivered to Norway or the United Kingdom, any original import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, shipping costs, or other import-related charges paid by Peoples Fortune or charged to Peoples Fortune in connection with the order or its return are non-refundable and may be deducted from the customer’s refund where permitted by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact contact@peoples-fortune.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
The following are not refundable:
- Original shipping charges, unless the wrong or defective item was received.
- Return shipping costs.
- Import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, or taxes paid directly to third parties.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, shipping charges, or other costs incurred by Peoples Fortune when receiving an international return, where permitted by applicable law.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact contact@peoples-fortune.com.
Final Sale
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
Right to Refuse Returns
Peoples Fortune reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- Do not meet the conditions outlined above.
- Show signs of wear, washing, alteration, staining, odour, or misuse.
- Are returned without prior authorization.
- Are shipped more than 7 calendar days after the return request has been approved.
Where permitted by applicable law, Peoples Fortune may reduce the refund if the returned item’s value has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.
