For orders delivered in Norway or the United Kingdom. 14 days from delivery.

Returns to our warehouse in France are processed outside the European Union. Carriers charge export, import, and customs handling fees on these parcels — costs that are set by the courier and outside our control. Unfortunately, every return from Norway or the UK must pass through this international handling.

A €100 return and handling fee applies to every return from Norway or the UK, plus the cost of your return shipping label. The label price depends on the size and weight of your parcel — if you return multiple items or a heavier package, the label may cost more. These charges reflect courier export, import, and customs handling set by the carrier and outside our control. All fees are deducted from your refund.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within about 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original outbound shipping and import charges paid on delivery are not refundable.
