Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped by Peoples Fortune from France. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Processing may take longer during launches or peak periods.

We ship worldwide. Within the EU, taxes and duties are included. Orders to Norway are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Orders to the UK and all other destinations are Delivered at Place (DAP)—any import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Orders over €450 are insured in transit at no extra cost. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Estimated delivery times are a guide only and may vary due to carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact contact@peoples-fortune.com within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once handed to the carrier, Peoples Fortune is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft in transit—claims should be made with the carrier where applicable. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are required to accept delivery. Refusal or failure to collect a parcel may result in return shipping, storage, customs, or admin fees, which may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
