Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from France, typically within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For orders inside the EU, taxes and duties are included.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may be charged depending on the destination country. These charges vary and we are unable to predict them. We cannot mark shipments as low value. We complete the customs forms correctly for you.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders over €450 are insured in transit at no extra cost.

If a parcel arrives damaged, contact contact@peoples-fortune.com within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once handed to the carrier, Peoples Fortune is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft in transit—claims should be made with the carrier.

Customers are required to accept delivery. Refusal or failure to collect a parcel may result in return shipping or other fees, which may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
