Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped by Peoples Fortune from France.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During product launches, promotional periods, or periods of increased order volume, processing times may be extended.

Taxes & Duties

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are fulfilled from our French distribution centre.

Applicable VAT is included in the final checkout price. Customers within the European Union should not incur any additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.

Norway

Orders shipped to Norway are delivered Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Applicable import duties, VAT, customs charges, and handling fees are included in the final checkout price. Customers should not incur additional import charges upon delivery.

United Kingdom & Rest of World

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and all other international destinations are delivered Delivered at Place (DAP).

Import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, and any other import-related costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities prior to delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Orders with a value exceeding €450 are automatically insured during transit at no additional cost to the customer.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Peoples Fortune is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are required to accept delivery of their shipment. Failure to accept delivery, refusal of the shipment, or failure to collect the parcel may result in return shipping costs, storage fees, customs charges, brokerage fees, administrative fees, or other costs. These amounts may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Lost, Delayed & Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact contact@peoples-fortune.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the parcel, shipping label, and damaged item.

Claims relating to insured shipments may require supporting documentation and must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, Peoples Fortune is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

Title to the products passes to the customer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the delivery address provided at checkout.
